Check on Youtube, you should find everything you need. Which programs would you like to learn?

Youtube is an amazing free resource to learn something. Lynda and Skillshare are also great resources.

It all depends what you are trying to learn video editing or graphic design ?

For the broadest I would recommend skill share, about business and understanding of the creative industry there is TheFutur.

For video editing it's endless on YouTube but for example Max Novac, breaks down music videos effect y effect and I think he is doing a fantastic job.

I wouldn't say there is a "best tutorial". Unless you are specific about what you want, you won't find one, unfortunately. Learning is not by watching one tutorial but rather working on your skills from multiple sources.

YouTube is your go to. Some "smaller" channels i can recommend: Dreadlabs, Max Novak, Texturelabs, Black Mixture, Dansky, Satori Graphics
