best vpn to use?

I've been using windscribe for several months. No complaints. Overall a quality vpn.

I really like HotSpot Shield (as browser addon in chrome) because its free and doenst log which is very important for me

I use PHYBERVPN mostly because its very cheap. Give it a shot, they have 2 day plans also
