Hard to give a "good" option in the post, but from experience of the premium ones, Proton seemed to be the best both in speed and performance.

well there is really no good vpn to use just use a VPN that has easily available accounts and stable servers, personally nord has really bad servers that disconnect you every few hours, but any other VPN either then nord would be a good vpn
