Well if you are new i would definitely recommend using a CMS like wordpress and learn how to work with it in their manual they have pretty much description, but if you want to get your hands dirty with php code i would suggest learning OOP and dive into laravel.

it totally depends on your needs.

I do html parallax style websites for easy stuff or wordpress as well.

It all depends on your skill level and what your goal is.

I usually just wing it and start from scratch, write all the codes myself.
Been working with MyBB since 2013. Been involved with several forum such as Crackingseal & Cracked.to

I prefer to build a website manually. First I create the theme using Bootstrap, CSS and JS. Then I divide them into pieces like footer, header, index, products etc. I do not prefer using CMS like wordpress etc.

It depends on what I'm after really. I like to mess around with different software in a lab environment and sometimes I'll spin up instances and just install MyBB on it.

If you are trying to build a simple website and you have some knowledge of Python, I suggest you use Flask.

It depends on what you want to buiId the website to do. If it's a bIog website or one which you can post videos, pictures, etc. I'd recommend Wordpress, but if it's one that you want to use for custom stuff, you can code from scratch, a basic website, and move on to improve it as day goes by.
