brush teeth before or after breakfast

I don't really eat breakfast anymore but I used to brush it after because otherwise you would get minty milk which is gross.

After the breakfast so it doesn't taste bad and it's more efficient to clean them after eating.

for me its always after I eat twice a day I like my mouth fresh

Almost always after breakfast unless Im in a rush!

We should brush our teeth in the morning and in the night and also after the maze that we eat during the day.

Before. I dont like bad breath mixed with food It just doesnt sound good

after because eating after brushing makes everything taste a lot different to it's actual taste. but i get up at 5 am everyday for work soooooooooooo i have a little time before i have to set off.

You still can do both is you are used to eat bad food, but before is a bad idea of course

After of course, it gets rid of a bad breath and you don't have the mint taste when you're eating

I brush my teeth before and after the breakfast, just to make sure they are totally clean :D
