Yes, you can mine Bitcoin with programs like MinerGate or other programs available online.

However, I would recommend against it. Unless you're just wanting to play around with it a little bit and try and get a super small amount of Bitcoin, it's not worth it unless you have a really really good GPU or several of them. Mining is not very profitable unless you have a lot of money to spend upfront and it is very detrimental to your hardware. Do it at your own risk.
