10 bucks wouldnt do you much good, but if you really want, then yes.

Investing only 10$ in bitcoin right now, i don't suggest. But there's cheaper coins, go to coinmarketcap, watch the 25-50 top ones.
Watch their prices and choose one you like, where you can buy multiple coins with 10$ and let it stay in a safe wallet because 10$ in a cheap coin it's a long term investment.
