I think they're reopening because rich people aren't getting richer from them being closed.

I am not sure if it is better to stay the whole time at home.... will not get better that fast

In Belgium schools have been open most of the time and the numbers are ok. The problem with online learning is that the most vulnerable kids don't always have a computer at their disposal so you risk losing the people who need school the most.

They need money that's why.
