does mining worth it?

I thought for a long time to buy a mining machine do you guys already have one or do you know if it worth it? If yes, what kind of GPU may I use to have better efficiency? what currency may I choose?

Mining with something like an Antminer is a hobby in my opinion... It's not really profitable but its a really cool hobby.

If you do it with your PC it is not worth the cost it will cost you more in Electricity

Unless you go big its not worth it. You end up wasting money on components if you do it through your PC. It would take a long time to earn back the investment on a miner.

If you're mining with a PC it's not profitable at all, if you really want to earn money with crypto just buy some and wait until the price raises to sell, but mining is more of a hobby than an actual profitable investment

If you are IT teacher you can use school computers for maining, so you will not pay for electricity, so it worth it

It's still make money but it's too low after cut the electric bill.
