export hooks on IPB3.xx

Hello, i want write my own Hooks, so everything works fine on my local install but how can i export them to get a install xml file for sharing the hook?

edit: oh, i see its so easy, i need only set my forum to dev mode

You just need to activate the developer mode in the admin control panel.
