FiveM would be better due to the massive amount of servers over RedM but beware for 120+ GB of cache files and make sure you have a good download speed or else youll run out of space after waiting 5 minutes to get into a server. I have to clear my cache on FiveM every single time I launch the game because of how much space it uses. The reason why I said good download speeds is because most servers have 20-30 GB worth of resources, especially the ESX servers (economy based rp), and with slow wifi (less than 450 mbps) would take quite a bit to join.
