I recommend UKGame, they're okay. They have a reliable customer support, albeit slow. Me and a few other people use it, no really big complaints so far. Server's not laggy and as far as I know didn't ever crash, except for one time when there was a big storm and apparently knocked out their cables or something like that.

They're also cheap. And word of advice, always buy month-to-month for starters, don't jump into the coffin with both legs.

It is better to use a VDS or VPS for a game server it's cheaper and more profitable

Just use nfo, its practically the best choice for gmod.
