For a software wallet i recommend Exodus and for a hardware wallet(the safest one) i recommend ledger nano s.

use electrum wallet brother. Its very safe and very user friendly.

The only real safe online wallet is Coinbase. They are backed by many banks so your coins are insured. Other than that you could do cold storage or just use the official wallet and save your private key in a safe place.

Coinbase is my preferred wallet! I haven't had any problems with them as they are highly secured
