Downtown 2017 - darkrp
SCP rp - site 65
SWRP - idk
Army RP - vietnam, or URZIKSTAN :D

can't beat the ever popular downtown map. Unless the server has over 100 players, and stuffs getting crowded, I feel it's a great size and has some nice buildings to base in

rp_evocity_v2d is alwasy a good choice. love it. rp_pulsar as well for perp

The best suitable map for MilitaryRP imo are:
rp_desert_conflict
rp_forest_strike
rp_afghan_border

Evo city, rockford, rp downtown are all three great maps
