has anyone been to Tokyo?

No not yet hopefully going at some point early next year

i almost moved to tokyo as a student to get my computer science degree for cheap but alas the language barrier was too much for me to handle.

Have been there, plan to visit again. There's just something magic about Tokyo, maybe it's the ambiance or the people, i dunno. I did like Kyoto better though, there's a lot of nice places to eat and the nightlife there if much more interesting

no but my uncle living in tokyo about 35 years and i would like to visit him thats why im going next year to japan

Nope, never been there but I heard it's really nice especially the women there.
