[help] Best video resolution on instagram

I'm an editor, and I post some motions on my instagram, but all my posts are limited to 720x720, but I've seen some designers posting in 960x960, does anyone know which codec to use, or where to post to make the quality higher?

I used to use 1080x1080 on instagram posts

post through meta business suite and link your instagram to it

never in life use 60 fps
plus
1:1 good resolution for me tho ngl
