help tickrate gmod

which is better 33 or 66 tickrate in gmod?
because I don't understand very well about the tickrate in garrys mod

I'd say 33 is better because then the players stay on for longer

2x 1tb ssd raid 1
1GBPS ethernet

Just use 66 tickrate for your server, but if in some reasons your server start lagging, you can set 33 tickrate

The higher this is, the harder your server needs to work.
