So i say you can increase your stock of knowledge, habits, social and personality attributes, including creativity, embodied in the ability to perform labor so as to produce economic value. That site isn't even reliable. They make you fill out surveys before "cashing out", which is an instant turn off. I used it once, thinking I could get easy money.

Get a six figure a year job which can be done easily with a couple years of work either going to college or being a driver for ups highest paid semi truck drivers.
With your new funds maybe start a company or invest in stocks or invest in start ups and hope they blow up.
also real estate is a good thing to put your money into seeing how the human race is constantly expanding.

It is not only your wish to become rich. You have to find niche, something that you know that you can do faster/cheaper/better then find some customer on it and work with it.
