a bad day 4-5 hours, a normal day > about 6 hours, my next goal > sleep 9 hours and wake in the morning hehe

a bad day 5 hours. work days > 6 hours. Normal days > 8 hours. I always try to keep my sleep schedule regulated because the secret to productivity is a good night's sleep
