how many hours do you sleep per day?

I usually sleep 7-8 hours, in my opinion you shouldnt sleep much longer than 8 hours because you feel all das long cozy. But if you are ill you should sleep as much as you can to recover good.

seven is enough for me but if you leave me ı can sleep like 12 hours

i sleep mostly from 8 to 10 hours

like 4-6hrs, but during the summer I sleep like 10 lol

it depends but usually 6-7 hours i believe
