#1 is hard to be admin on server i played on diffrent mc servers and i dont know how much is hard to be admin of mc server

A few things can be tricky if you want to have modifications and the like, but any search engine will turn up plenty of how-tos to help along the way. It can be a lot of fun if you don't let it become too much work!
