Don't cheat though. No matter how "undetected" your cheat is there is always overwatch.

you rank up and gain experience by playing, sure, but you'll rank up only if you win, most of the time. SO, queuing with your friends and/or a team will make you rank up faster. because if you are coordinated, you will have no problems actually winning.

Sure, you may rank up more playing with your friends, but not everyone has friends available to play, or at all,
And when was the last time anyone learned anything from playing with "someone who has a bigger knowledge of the game"?
Watching someone get 1-tap ak kills every round doesn't make you be able to do that.
