how to build a house

How do i make a large house in sandbox mode, or is there a tool??!?!

I like to use a public dupe and add to it. Get the precision tool addon, and it's a piece of cake

If you don't want download anything just spawn some prop for example : wooden platform
use physgun to rotate it and freeze it
and use weld tool to weld it together

just use your phys gun there is not really much to explain

look on youtube as i would just use a prefab or someothing
