how to get people to join a server

You can advertise to your server, enter interesting content, send ads to groups by garry's mod.

Use a website search on google for server uploader and type in no need off dev's or admins ... And then they propably wont ask lol... idk man i am going to do that tho lol

you have to do a group in steam and invite too much people to the group and put the ip in the description of the group

Time and investments into your server will get you players.

Keep the sever open for a long time and make it great, That's all.

you need to advertise through players and other accounts and youtube and also what is the server i will come check it out

People will only join when they see alot of other people playing. It's a snowball effect that will only happen if you can get all your people online at one time.

Best bet is to give free vip for first 20 people to get it going or something free that no server offers sadly, unless you better the other servers yours is just gonna be the same old servers that dont do much.

Your server must be unique, have something that no server have thats it
