You need a FTP client. For example FileZilla, EasyFTP, WinSCP, CuteFTP, ViperFTP, etc. Hope this helps.

there are a lot of ftp clients that you can use and all are pretty easy to understand

If you are using godaddy, there is a file you can download,import it to Filezilla,and start using it straightaway

as i said its very easy to use ftp all you have to do is choose any ftp platform and you can start your functions as per your choice its all understandable

If your hosting provides you cPanel than you can use file manager from there (FTP) or you need a filezilla or similar ftp client if your hosting don't provides cPanel.
