i need help with my cs:go server

Hy.. You can help me pls?!
I gave reinstall to the server and try to start it!
So .. It does not start if in server.cfg is not + sv_setsteamaccount {TOKE} or in autoexec.cfg (it's the same thing)! If I add + sv_setsteamaccount I start by saying:

After giving this in the console the server starts and when I join join me telling Joining Game ... Failed to Joining Game ..
I must mention that I bought the Tokens from ***************
Server she Have 64 SLOTS / 128 TICK / BackUP / DataBaze

please someone help me
PS: Is there anyone to help me with my sv to do it to my needs?
