Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer stuff from phone to phone when one is fried from water damage and won't turn back on

uhm Is connecting to the computer not visualized?
If it's not visualized, I don t think there's a way to get the data back...sorry.

You will need to desolder the memory component and put it on special adapter to access it from, this is not an easy task, i would recommend you to ask help from service center.

Just try to get the most of the water out by putting the phone into rice over night and then give it a go.

Its sooo hard to transfer data if the device is water damaged. Im sorry to hear that happened to you.
