ideas for jobs and addons?

#1 I have made a darkrp server, I have a constant 15-20 players at a time, what jobs and addons should I add to make the server more fun??
RE: ideas for jobs and addons? Chess addon, by far one of the better addons for people to mess around with.

Most bases favor the defender but explosives even the chances.
