Investment in real estate, and develop a multimillion dollar company. All about the initial investment.. .then the rest blows

I would buy a house first and invest the rest of the money in business. If I can't find a business that I'm comfortable in investing, would just keep the balance for the future. Hopefully don't just blow the money away in a year. LOL

If i had a million dollars i would invest it to earn more money. Then eventually donate and start a business.

Stow away half of it for frugal living, the other half invest in whatever is prime at the moment (cryptocurrencies and stocks/growth mutual funds).
