Bitcoin for sure has lost a lot of popularity once Microsoft and other services decided to ditch it as a payment method. It went from being like 20k per BTC to 5.2K currently I think if you have enough money to invest and you are also willing to lose you need to make sure you don't put all your money, and you will be fine. So for starters since you know it's 5.2K for 1 BTC you need to have at least 0.2, 0.5, etc. to make a profit and you also run the risk of losing it.
