ive been doing that a lot and i found it it makes breathing harder so i would suggest getting some sleep and if you have to go for it.

You should always try to sleep during the night times. If your sleeping during the day and staying up at night thats not a problem.

Well actually i could be very bad. It's allways recommended to get the proper sleep time every night there is several things that change for worst in you produced for the lack of rest.

Well, your body will not be happy with you. Without sleep body functions work slower. Staying up to 10:00 pm everyday is fine, maybe even 12:00. but no later everyday or your body can start to slow down and be like whaaaaa theee FUCK is this guy doingto us.

I stay up until around 2-3 AM every night so I wouldn't say it's too bad for you

No, because I've gotten used to it. I usually play CSGO every day.

kinda bad if you don't really get sleep... can mess up ur eating habits/work efficiency... get some rest!

Yeah, you could get sleep deprived just remember to go to sleep sometimes.
