Hell yes, what do you thinking? If you asking here you already know the answer. If you already think about other girls you are not interested anymore in your girlfriend. Now you are sending pics to other girls so you can say it's over for your relationship, it makes no sense anymore...

The only time it's not is if you're in an open relationship, but, you also have rules with that.
Usually in an open relationship you two are completely transparent so there's nothing being hidden from one another.
if you don't state what's being done in that situation then again cheating or at the very least betraying the other person.
