is teemo the most toxic character?

Idk man there's some moment were you like "man fuck this teemo" like when you're playing a melee champ against him and he bullies you from farm. Or when you're low hp and hit a shroom and die :(

Lmao, to me yes, considering his blind and toxic ability

He is super annoying and can counter a lot of champs, but talking smack about him has gotten a bit old to be honest.

In my opinion. Teemo isn't toxic, but Teemo players is Toxic :O

Personally at the start and lower levels of league he is, but if you're a high level then you'll know how Temmo is and you grow a natural instinct of knowing how to beat his ass into a pulp. At least that's with me...

Not really the toxic one is the one who uses

I've played very little so I don't have enough experience with them to tell, but the ones I found in the wild were sort of ok. I think it depends on who's playing more than the character they play, really.
