Yeah, because you need exp card and other material to build up your team to the max.

Depends on whether you like the game or not. I personally love the exploration and kinda want to get abyss 12 w/ 12 stars so grinding is worth it for me, but if you don't like the game as it is now and are only grinding because of routine or expecting new end game content, I'd recommend you to stop.

You need to grind to advance so like Josde2 says, its worth it if youre enjoying Genshin. If it feels like a grind without payoff then its better to leave it

it really depends on how much you like the game! grinding for artifacts is worth it in my opinion because the game gets so much easier once you have a decent setup

you can try rerolling accounts and try to get a 5 star so you'll get to enjoy the game early on
