I want to know that, if there a way to get bitcoin in Pakistan, because I really want it like crazy...

use a VPN ? and get BTC

If you want to buy local then I think you're bad off.

For online, VPN all the way.

If you mean because the currency, can you exchange your currency to $ at a bank?

Check out Pillar wallet next 2 weeks they'll release BTC in their wallet you can buy with credit card.
