It's just a classic riot move, release an OP champion and then make it useless so no one plays it. Zoe has been just that, she was insanely good and now she's just a trash champion that isn't worth playing.

Zoe was op when she came in the game but patchs nerf her

she was op in the really op in early-mid game now its only op late. if you get her combo right

Had her damaged tuned a lot and now she is a lot more balanced.
