I had a soloq game in which teemo trolled and picked support teemo, then ran down mid while spamming. "fuck muslims, fuck you all" in all chat and racist stuff like that. Best thing is, I screenshot the chat with his score in the end and sent it to Riot support, and i got a response that they can't do anything and that I should try to respect summoner code. This guy kept playing(I kinda stalked him on opgg). Riot lost a faithful a player who was active for 6 years and spent some money on the game. What a joke.

Trust me,i get you.I'm playing League since S2 or so.
Sadly to say,but League Support is not responsible for banning players,so no point in barking up the wrong door.There used to be a Tribunal system,where players judged players,but was obsolete.
Right now,the banning system is running completely on algorithm.Plus,the sheer amount of reports is rediculously enormous.The only thing you can do is report them and have a description about it.
Hope the report is through and they are just taking their sweet time.
