I really liked ST! The plot is engaging and the light touch of humor helps to better digest the series.

Preacher is funny and a horror but with adults. Supernatural also has funny moments but it's super long and again has adults. Sabrina has some funny moments and a similar age group to Stranger Things.

You should check out the Fear Street series on Netflix! It's not necessarily funny but it kinda has that strangers thing vibe to it

Yeah, I don't really know a "funny" series that has Stranger Things' horror elements mixed in with it, but you can try Fear Street like a couple of others have mentioned, and you could also try Black Spot, Eerie Indiana, and maybe Lucifer.
