Addons bro, it's addons.. :D My folder has only 50FB just because I clean it everytime.

clear your cache and delete old addons youre no longer using/subscribed to as it slows down your game and takes up extra space

mine used to be that big. I always just reinstall or fresh wipe my pc...lol

Do not forget to clean the cache and the garrysmod folder through steam or by hands
Rubbish often accumulates there, which is downloaded from servers along with lua
