myBB or Xenforo

I was deciding between the two and wanted your guys opinion...

I am creating a forum for a small group of developers that is invite only and didn't know which one was easier to configure etc...

Any suggestions?

Have you tried testing both? Usability is a BIG factor in any decision making I make nowadays, especially with forum software.

And if setup is a hassle, it's not even worth my time or effort.

xenforo for the win, used it more and also if u get xpress you can movee the theme from xenforo to wordpress, making a dope site

It depends, does Xenforo has a large amount of addons and a nice devs community?

Yes. Xenforo has a lot of addons and a really large community of developpers.
