If you read, Aoki and I both mentioned that all you have to do is change the colours/css.

It's not hard.

if you look at mine its hideous even if you change the color

you can simply open an conflict on paypal, i would also open/report the fiverr user who did that.

Yeah I have had problems as well with scammers I own IPB and I hired someone to make me a custom layout on thre spent $200 and he downloaded some theme for free then left
