noob right here....

Right, I have been a "gamer" for my whole life (almost 2 decades) but I have never played LOL can someone explain what it is and why do so many people like it or really hate it cheers!

League is a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena), think of a MOBA as an RTS that players control the units. Now let's remove some of the RTS features, No basebuilding, and no unit making. But it does give a Base with set artillery towers and it does spawn weak units every 15 seconds or so. Now the goal of the game is to kill the enemy Nexus, but you first have to kill the enemies towers to get to it. That's the very basic of how the game plays while in game, another key feature is that your character has 4 abilites, 3 basic ones and an Ultimate one. Leveling up gives you points to unlock those abilities all in game. Now a lot of people like the game cause it's easy to get into it. But a lot of people hate it cause they'd rather blame the game than themselves.

MOBAs are in the popularaty atm, try it league cuz is basic and not as complex as DOTA, if u dont like it play Owerwatch or CSGO like everyone else
