1080 Ti, I heard SLI has problems.
Just a note, I don't SLI, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

I think 1080TI is better than 1060 SLI for gaming..

Just get 2 1080's. If your going to go SLI, go big or go home!

I second this. If you are doing it for the games, you may as well spend the money that you know you are going to want to do after the 1060s (if you went that route) anyways. Just go big, get the second 1080, and be happy until the next gens come out.

And by the way, most people don't know this, but most gaming problems are RAM related. RAM is cheap, go for that 8GB or 16GB and never have to wonder.
It rhymes with braille, not drool.

Only use SLI if you have a lot of money and then use it for high end gpu, not GTX 1060. Otherwise there is more problems then benefits.

This is not true at all. SLI simply makes two video cards act as one. This greatly improves video quality, no matter what cards you are using.

NOTE:It is ALWAYS recommended you use the same two kinds of cards (two of the same cards is the best, but two 1080s from different companies will suffice), but that isn't to say two GTX 960s with SLI would be bad. ANY SLI is good, no matter the card type, and it in no way is bad if you have "cheaper cards". There are no problems with cheap cards.

You can do some reseach, most people suggest 1080 / 1080 ti over 1060 sli. Apparently 1060 sli has some compatibility issues with games. [ http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id...-1080.html ] you can check people talk about it.

1080 TI, im a fanboy of NVIDIA, but you can find some tests on internet or youtube channels, it depends on for what do you want to use it.
If gaming, i think NVIDIA.
