overheating laptop issues

my laptop is pretty thin , it overheats alot and i know that due to it thinness , but is there any way to reduce the heating or sumtin

a cooling pad or maybe elevate it for better airflow.

try shutting down for like half an hour or buy a cooling fan also clean th laptop
