You're not going to learn programming if someone explains it to you on here. It's much more complicated than that. You need to learn how to use google to your advantage, cause coming here whenever you need help with programming won't be of any use to you. You can either learn from docs or tutorials. The majority of the people seem to learn better when learning from video tutorials though. If I was you I'd find a good playist/course on either of the two languages you're interested in and start learning. Obviously just watching the videos won't actually teach you how to program so you need to find a practical use for everything you learn. Making a text game seems to be the way lots of people learn at first and it's how I've been doing it. Goodluck.
