should i get rtx 3090 if i have a gtx 1080?

It depends on what games you play. for the most part a 1080 will do the job

If you have the money, go for it. Although I still think RTX 3080 is way enough for 4k playing.

if you have the opportunity for the new video card, get it because it's cool to play games with rtx

at 1080p i'd stick with it. 3090 is excessive unless you're trying to max out 4k monitors at more than 60fps. If you want a current gen, i'd get tops the 3080 or a 6800xt

Don't rush, better to buy a card from the 2000 series, 3000 series is overpriced
