On my opinion, I think you should. First of all, it makes you think most of the time. It's not a simple game where you kill and that's it. There are mechanics, macro, and micro that you needed to learn. Also, our brain continue to think during the gameplay. So in way, it is like studying but you're kind of enjoying (depends on how you define your happiness.)
