As other have said, depends on your usage, if it's simply for games and regular usage then 16GB should be sufficient but if you're planning on doing any type of video/image editing then the more the merrier.

No its really not, 16gb is enough for any game. You probably wont see any difference if u upgrade to 32gb ram :/

For most use it won't be useful but if you are rendering big things, or game developing it could be useful. If you are just gaming I'd say stick with 16 till the forseeable future.

Yes, it is well worth it depending on the price, it can be good & bad at the same time. Make sure it doesn't destroy your budget.

Also keep in mind if your CPU could bottleneck the RAM clock speed
