I think it depends where you're from and the relationship you were brought up with on the game. I personally love football but no longer pay attention to the game because i'm more focused on other things but i still enjoy playing it

Boxing or combat sports tend to require the smallest amount of background info.

I'm from France and their this sport is really popular, for many people it's a passion, and many magazine and tv channel are dedicated exclusively to that so if you don't like this sport like me your not in a good situation haha

i love soccer but i can understand if you like football in usa
