stuck at connecting to server in every game!

Help me! Im stuck at connecting to server in every game! (at least gmod,tf2,rust and csgo)

How can i fix this?

Have you try checking the DNS and the health of the internet connection?

try to reconnect the internet or maybe there's some unseeable network usage

try to connect with a vpn instead, see how is going

Verify the game files if it doesn't work just delete and reinstall

Quitting the game and restarting helps out, had the same issue in TF2
